This DAIKIN monobloc heat pump is supported by its backup heater from a temperature of -7 °C. DAIKIN is one of the pioneers in using the refrigerant R32.

The Altherma 3 M series is DAIKIN's first third generation monobloc heat pump. With an extensive product range from 4 kW to 16 kW, the outdoor units can cover a wide range of applications. This new edition is powered by the environmentally friendly refrigerant R-32, which DAIKIN was one of the pioneers in introducing. The redesign of the housing reduces the perception of the sound level. The optimized single fan also helps to reduce the noise level and also improves air circulation. Due to its compact design, the device is also suitable where space is limited. With the DAIKIN Residential Controller app, the heat pump can be monitored and controlled via smartphone and voice control.
